General Admissions

Please follow the steps below in order to apply to any one of our programs:

STEP 1: Your Information

Please go to the nearest campus and ask for an application form.
Another method is to request the application form using the contact us box on the right.
You may also call us at 571-201-9999 and ask for the application

STEP 2: Speak with an Admission Officer

The first time to enroll is usually confursing, students may not know exactly what path to take particularly High school students, it is therefore important to talk to a counselor who may guide you.
Please follow this guide:

  • For High School send an email to James Madi: jmadi@tumba-schools.edu; and He will assign you an advisor
  • For Middle School send an email to Dr. Mputu: emputu@tumba-schools.edu.
  • For Elementary School and Kindergarder, Your parents need to call 180099TUMBASCHOOL

STEP 3: Tuition and Financial Aid

After your application has been approved, the next step will be to discuss your financial options for those who can not afford paying cash.

STEP 4: Program and Course Catalog

If you have followed all the steps, and are in this step now, your application should already have been approved; you already spoke with admission officer who guided you and you decide to pay cash or you select one of our finacian aid options. Now the only left is the choose a program. Enjoy learning!

Admission Requirements

At Tumba You do not need to be a rocket scientist or a rich kid to get admitted, everybody is given a chance to be admitted. But your performance will determine whether you will graduate or not.

High School Admission

Prospective high school students must hold a Middle School diploma and pass the English and Math test. You must submit the following information to the admission officer:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. $15 Application Fee
  3. Middle School Certificate or Diploma
  4. A recent 4x4 passport photo attached

Middle School Admission

Prospective Middle School student must successfully pass the English and Math test. You must submit the following information to the admission officer:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. $15 Application Fee
  3. Elementary School Certificate or Diploma
  4. A recent 4x4 passport photo attached

Elementary School Admission

Prospective Elementary studentSchool must be able to read and write in English and do some basic Math. You must submit the following information to the admission officer:

  1. Completed Application Form
  2. $5 Application Fee
  3. A recent 4x4 passport photo attached

Kindergarden Admission

Parent need to work closely with the responsible of kindergarden and also make sure the child meet these requirements:

  1. He or She is at least 3 years old
  2. He or She has had vaccinations

Transfer Student Admission

We accept students transferring to our school provided they meet certain requirements. In addition to your current diploma or accomplished courses, Students need to meet the below grade requirements.

  • High School Students need to have a minimum of 3.3 gpa
  • Middle School Students need to have a minium of 3.2 gpa
  • Elementary School Students need to have a minimum of 2.9 gpa
